2010 CALNENA Officers

President

Mary Pat Marshal, ENP, serves as the 2010 CALNENA President. The President's primary duty is to oversee and represent the Chapter and uphold the constitution and by-laws (Adobe Acrobat Reader required). Mary Pat is a 28 year veteran of the California Highway Patrol and is currently the Public Safety Dispatch Supervisor II (manager) for the California Highway Patrol Golden Gate Communications Center.

1st Vice President

Chris Hinshaw, ENP, serves at the 2010 CALNENA 1st Vice-President. The 1st Vice President's primary duty is to oversee membership issues and will become the new president next year. Chris is the retired Manager of the San Diego County Wireless Division.

Debbie Davis serves as a 2010 CALNENA Commercial Vice President. The Commercial Vice President is responsible for representing membership. Debbie is the 9-1-1 Project Manager for AT&T California.

Treasurer

Hanan Harb serves as the 2010 CALNENA Treasurer. The Treasurer is responsible for accounts payable and receivable for the organization, audits the financial status, and prepares budgets for organizational planning of the association's functions. Hanan is a Communications Coordinator for the San Diego County Sheriff’s Communications Center.

Secretary

Lisa Blackburn serves as the 2010 CALNENA Secretary. The Secretary is responsible for recording the minutes of meetings, serves as historian/archivist and maintains the membership list at the Chapter level. Lisa works for the Manteca Police Department.

Charles Cullen serves as the 2010 CALNENA 1st Past President. The duties of the 1st Past President include serving as ex-officio member of the Executive Board, in order to provide guidance and expertise to the current board.
