- The meeting was called to order at 1330 by 1st Vice President Charles Cullen.
- The members of the subcommittee introduced.
- Subcommittee members polled for comments on the rough draft of the Constitution and By-laws rewrite.
- Subcommittee members received a copy of the rewrite via e-mail two weeks ago
- Lisa will submit spelling corrections via e-mail to Karen.
- Laurie, along with members of her staff, reviewed the rough draft. She submitted no changes and generally believes that the document will be improved by the suggested changes.
- Stephen read the rough draft several times. He agrees with the changes and offered no suggestions.
- Karen will prepare the rough draft for submission to the members at the October quarterly meeting.
- The rewrite of the Constitution and By-laws will be submitted to the general membership at the annual conference in February. It will require a simple majority of attending members to approve the change.
- Charles and Karen thanked the subcommittee volunteers.
- The meeting was adjourned at 1345.
